Post by: Simon on November 22, 2009, 11:03
Eighteen years after the death of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, the people of Feltham in west London are preparing to honour him with a commemorative pavement star.

Mercury was born Farrukh Bulsara in Zanzibar, 1946, to parents originally from Mumbai, and died on November 24th 1991.

I think they showed this report on Breakfast News one day last week.  I can still see those pictures the paparazzi took when he looked so painfully ill when he was sat in the back seat of his car.   :(
