It doesn't seem such an issue these days, does it.

Not too much, in newer properties. Not sure if wooden window frames help or not.

Sealed double glazing certainly does.

The double glazing is sealed, but the wooden frames could be a bit more draughtproof.

Secondary double glazing had its advantages...
