This article (http://news.cnet.com/8301-1009_3-10459558-83.html) explains how Microsoft, through the use of the legal system, has just stuffed 227 domains belonging to cybercriminals spreading the Waledac spambot. Whilst this action represents an extraordinary change of tactics for MS, it's something I'm sure we'll witness happening far more frequently in future. Nice one, Bill! 8-)
