I can heartily recommend the Red Devil, and Black Bomber. Lots of varieties here.
-
If only...

One for you here, Simon:

If only...
Can you not, then? ???

I would be, but I don't really like soft cheeses.
-
Too salty...
-
Really? I would never even have thought of salt being in cheese.
-
Cheese is very salty, sadly. The rest is fat. :( There are some reasonable low fat, low salt, cheeses around, but they are few and far apart.
-
That's a shame. :(
-
It's much more than that. ;D
-
Indeed. These cheeses are really, really nice.
-
Ah shaddup. ;D
-
I love the seriously strong cheddar which thankfully seems to be on offer most of the time these days. 8-)
-
Is it called Samson?
-
Have to admit, this could be quite dangerous, as they are much nicer than supermarket pre-packed cheeses.
-
Not to mention expensive...
-
No more than DR are for meat.
-
Ah, but meat and cheese together... Now I'm feeling hungry. ;D
-
Now, I can imagine a DR burger, with Red Devil cheese, would be something else! :D
-
Yup... Gimme, gimme. ;)
-
Would it be worth emailing the company, to enquire as to the salt content?
-
It might, most people don't reply when I ask, though. Apparently, determining salt content is expensive, so only larger companies do it.
-
I guess it's not quite so critical with most people.
-
I've asked, there's four there I fancy.
-
Oooh! :thumb:
-
So much good food out there, so little time to try it all. :)
-
So, what have you ordered?
-
Nothing as yet. If they can give me salt content, we can make a judgement on whether we can use it.
-
Ah, sorry, I thought they already had, from what you said.
-
No, I was thinking of all the sausages, ham and pasties. ;D
-
I guess you could call them.
-
I used the contact form. I left out bacon and smoked salmon, btw. :)
-
Ah, this is British Fine Foods? Would the Snowdonia site be better to ask about the cheeses, seeing as they make them?
-
By the way, I never use contact forms, as I've found they rarely get responded to, IDNet being no exception.
-
;D
I find it a useful measure of the company in the first instance.
-
Possibly, but I'm glad I didn't use it as a measure for IDNet. ;)
-
Me too. Communications don't seem good in most companies these days, and contact forms are often the weakest element. They really should put more effort in.
-
In other words, a non-response shouldn't necessarily put one off. :)
-
It never has yet. Unless I'm asking for a refund, of course. ;)
-
;D
