Title: Great British Bake Off: Mary Berry leaves but Paul Hollywood stays

Mary Berry is to leave as a judge on The Great British Bake Off when it moves to Channel 4, but Paul Hollywood is to remain.

Channel 4 is looking more ridiculous by the day.  And the losers are Bake Off fans, Channel 4 and Love Productions.  The BBC will just employ Mary Berry etc in a new show.

I can't see what all the fuss is about.  People will still be able to watch it on C4.  If it had gone to a non- terrestrial channel, I would have understood the furore.

But C4 has adverts so you lose the erm "excitement" at each commercial break  :crazy:

I've never seen it either Dave.  Cooking is more fun than watching someone else do it.  My logic also applies to all forms of sport.   8-)

I'd agree although I draw the line at Triathlons and such like and watch from the safety of the armchair  :thumbs:
