MSN "Add Me" Button

A quick question.  Does anyone know where MSN Messenger "Add Me" buttons can be downloaded from?  Also, once added to a personal website, what do you do to make them work?

Good point Dave,     I cant help you with it,
but every site you register on offers links to other messengers but never asks to give a link to your msn one.
I conclude everyone in the world hates Bill Gates.  ::)
