Can somebody help to setup this antispam. I have downloaded for 29.95 and they are not giving technical support. How can I get back the refund?

This is the first time I ever met up with this kind of unresponsive software developer!!!

Never heard of it myself.  These usually work by you having to change the POP settings in your mail client, so that all your mail goes through their gateway, before reaching your machine.  I just did a quick search on Google, and there are PDF manuals available, which might help.  Not sure how you could go about getting a refund, but it might be worth contacting your credit card company, if the program vendors are uncommunicative.
