That could well be the problem, your card might not be capable of playing 3D features on the game
Uninstall game and re-install using custom install, leaving out 3D part. :)

from what you have said it should work.
try the game's site: http://harrypotter.ea.com/hppoa/flash_en_GB.html - though you need to have bloody flash installed for it to work! EA making a mistake there.

Link didnt work so I have changed it to the search page, just look for Harry Potter and pc and the text of the problem youre having :)

I went there.. I did everything but nothing. then I check to see if my video card needs an update... its the latest.. so now what... boy i never knew ea games tech support would be this bad lol
