I have just setup the avatars for full use. You can now upload an avatar up to 20kB in size but you are limited to dimensions of 100px by 100px.

Is that exactly 100 x 100 only as in the old yabb Sam or is it any size up to a maximum of 100 x 100  :?:

up to a maximum of.. and note the 20kB

it now works - i had one of the permissions set incorrectly. Sorry about that.
