Thanks to Sandra changing my password i can now log in again.  a bit strange as i was locked out  on my work pc (IE 5.5) as well so its not a firefox problem as discussed with simon.  i wonder how many others are locked out who dont have the benefit of an admins e-mail addy to sort it out.  anyhow nice to be recognised again  :D

I think that if anyone didnt have an admins personal address then they could just use :

admin@pc-pals.com and we would all get it  :)

Unfortunately sometiomes 2 or more of us reset the password at the same time for them so they still cant log in  :roll:

I think that we have a better system in place now to stop that happening again as we email each other at the same time to say which one of us is handling it  :)

I wonder if the 'admin@pc-pals.com' e-mail address could be incorporated into the message users get when their password is rejected?
