Strictly Come Dancing

Lona:

--- Quote from: "chorleydave" ---I don't usually watch this type of programme, but I have got into the X Factor, not because I particularly like any of the singers (although Brenda has the best voice I have ever heard on a woman) but because the rather childish rivalry between the judges, Cowell, Walsh and Mrs Osbourne has been hilarious.

I too follow the X factor, Dave and don't you think it's odd that for the last 2 series all judges manage to have one act left in the final.

It's staring you in the face that no matter how many folks phone in it's fixed who's going and who's staying.

There is just no way Simon Cowell would leave himself with no act in the final 3.

I think Brenda has a great voice and very versatile but she won't win.

They will have already decided who's going to win.

Do you think they are going to run the risk of spending money on a contract based on what the British Public say.!!!!!!!!!

DJ:
I totally agree Lona - a complete fix in my eyes.

Anyhow I missed the results show for Strictly Come Dancing and believe Cliff Richard performed on it - anyone got a copy or know of where I can view/download the episode.  It doesn't seem to be repeated anywhere.

I know - I'm sad !  :?

Clive:
I'm sure Simon will have a copy because he's a self confessed Cliff fan.      Welcome home Lona!

GillE:
I hate to admit it, but Cliff put on a superb performance on Saturday   .  The results were very dramatic and apparently all the judges shook their heads in despair when it was announced that James Martin had been voted into the semi-final.

Good news - the local dance school will be starting a new beginners' class in January costing £4.50 per person :) .  That's pretty reasonable for an hour's worth of entertainment, although I understand some other schools charge as little as £3.50 per hour.

Simon:
:blush2:
