can we have it so we can have it so we can upload Avatar in SWF
has i made one i like to use but it need to be SWF to work

Usually we can, and we did, but there's a problem with the forum software, which means we can't at the moment.  That's why I changed mine from SWF to GIF.

i see do you know then it will be back up

Hopefully when the next PhpBB update appears, but we don't know when that will be.
