Counter Strike problem

Ok rightclick on an empty space on your desktop.
Go to properties.
Go to Settings then click Advanced in the window that opens.
Click on Troubleshoot.

A box opens that has Hardware Acceleration in it, try it at 25 % or even 50 % and see if that improves things.
