why can't i see the Emoticons move and some time then i click on view more the box do not come up but it works on my laptop

Do you mean the 'View More Emotions' link when writing a new topic?

If so do you have a pop-up blocker that would stop them showing. Maybe allow pop-ups to be shown from PC-Pals.

it work ok in invisionfree but not in is forum at what i do not get  :?
