Agree about Shiraz, but I've tried Chablis several times, and have never enjoyed it. The last bottle I had earlier this year had a lemony aftertaste, or 'finish' as I believe the wine buffs say, and I just couldn't get into it, so I had to finish the bottle in double quick time so as to get on to the next!

It's easier if you pour it in the bath first, Simon. Those bottle necks are sooo narrow. o:)
