It would be handy to have a general technology forum for threads that aren't news, but also don't really fit into any of the other categories.

Simon:
To be honest, I think 13 categories in the Technical Discussion forums is probably enough, but I'm happy to change Tech News to Tech News & Discussion, if that's any good.
