Well, he is already the poster boy for the world's most dangerous idiot. So I guess that means he fully qualified. The right to bare arms, and wage illegal wars. Ignore the UN Security council, and the Geneva Convention.

I could go and on, but you will be pleased to know, I won't, it's too damned depressing.
