If you buy anything that can receive TV signals, eg tuner card, set top box or TV, your name and address is forwarded to the authorities.

I have often wondered if the BRITISH Broadcasting Corporation used to send Enforcement Officers into the council estates of Derry when the freedom fighters from the north of Ireland were active? Could anyone imagine the scenario - an instrument of the British State standing on Martin McGuinness' sister's doorstep, demanding to check the property for signs of TV use?
