it wouldn't let me reinstall either at that date, but maybe i could use another date.......... mind you its still working.

That number of processes is still very high, Michelle, and you need to examine the system to see what they all belong to. The quickest way would probably be by disabling them using MSConfig, then seeing what won't work.

Michelle, TeaTimer is part of Spybot Search & Destroy.  Go into the Spybot options, and try turning TeaTimer off.  It may be conflicting with Super Anti Spyware, or your other security.

By the way, in case there's any confusion, the 250Kb attachment limit is the file size, not the actual size of the image, yes?

That's usually OK, but 'iexplore.exe' (IE) shouldn't be running twice, as far as I am aware.

yes thanks, mine were bmp's so they were like 2mb lol - ah its gone slow
