Why don't you do a system restore and take it back to before the sheep arrived.  If it was a trojan it might disappear.

I think we've exhausted all the possibilities here.  Unless anyone else can come up with any ideas, if you've tried all that's been suggested, then the only other thing I can suggest is a Windows reinstall.  :dunno:
