I'll let you know, Gill. Everything else we've tried has had a real 'Wow' factor in flavour.

I've just come across the web site for Wessex Mill flour. If you buy in bulk the savings outweigh the delivery charges. I'm well stocked up with flour at present but I'll certainly consider buying direct in future.
