One to avoid

For smoked salmon, Gravadlax etc:

We tried two varieties of smoked salmon and two of Gravadlax. All were so salty as to be almost inedible (now, I wouldn't even be let near them), but, frankly, it was some £50 wasted, we threw the Gravadlax away and let down the s/salmon into a pate.

I would never have even heard of them, but thanks for the warning. :)

They were on TV, so we gave them a try. Nice people, but I honestly wouldn't want to eat their produce.
