Same here. Unless they stuff is allowed to freeze, it should be fine, it's just the frustration of chasing carriers, isn't it? So far this week I've had Parcelforce try to deliver a parcel that I posted to me, I've had Royal Mail lose one Amazon delivery and make the other 'guaranteed Saturday' delivery on Monday afternoon, and the replacement order from Amazon has now been lost by Citylink, who scanned it into their system on collection, and it's not been seen since. :sigh:

On top of all that, they expect you to wait in all day for them, as if you haven't anything else to do. >:(

Yes, they must, after all, have some sort of a planned schedule.

You're more optimistic than me, Simon. I think they just chuck it in the back and work from point to point...
