I had a meat free day today. Unless you count the duck pate with orange that I had on toast as meat that is  ;D

The toast sounds a bit dodgy, Sandra.  I hope it was white, and not healthy wholemeal.  ;)

Yes it was definately white and full of preservatives as it was that long life bread that is only fit for toasting  :)

I must have had some of my 5 portions of fruit and veg though as it did say it was duck with orange pate  :dunno:
