March 1 - St David, March 17 - St Patrick, April 23 - St George/Shakespeare's birthday, November 30 - St Andrew, Dec 26 - Boxing Day, Jan 25 - Burns' Night. Forum birthday on?

As you're getting your hands dirty under the bonnet, it might be appropriate to also give 'Earth Day' the heave-ho, whilst 'Veterans Day' is known outside the US as 'Remembrance Day' or 'Armistice Day'.
