I remember my mam de-coring apples for us when we were young uns and you can still get them now.

the sauce one,they make big bottles that stand 'upside down' if you like, on the lid, to solve that problem,so that ones a waste

I think I'd say that the smileys reflect the different characters of the two forums, Baz. We share many, of course, but then it's all about forum style - which is why we have so many food smileys on Netters.
