what anti-virus software do you recommend ?

i want something that sits quietly in the background is easy to work with.

and free  ;D ;D ;D

i cant remember what i had before the last format. when you clicked the icon you got a graph and a list of things below that were allowed or not, but it was quite good.

can any of you remind me what that may be or any other recommendations. ;) ;)
