Playing tonight as well in the Ridgeons League Cup..uttter madness  >:(

We are 10 games adrift of the leaders we are on 25 pts and top on 42 pts ...but they have the points on the boar ':|d  the games are now going to pile up? I can see by the end of the season we will be playing 3 games per wee :cry:k

The same thing happens at Chorley.  There are so many cup competitions that (if you progress) you can go weeks without a league match.  For example, there is the "President's Cup".  If you lose in the first round you are then put into the "Chairman's Cup".  Not sure what happens after that as I don't watch mickey mouse matches, but it's probably the Physio's Cup or the Kit Man's Cup.  Then there is the Lancashire Trophy and the Northern Premier League Cup, not to mention the FA Cup and FA Trophy.

Whitby 0 - 1 Chorley.  Back at the top as nearest teams either drew or lost.  It's a close league.   :thumbs:
