The Chorley and Leiston Thread

TR:
Leiston 2 - 0 Norwich

chorleydave:
Tough times for Chorley at the moment.  Lost 1-0 to Guisley from the Blue Square North in the FA Trophy.  Matched them all over the pitch, but seemed to run out of ideas once in sight of their goal. This lack of scoring opportunities has resulted in a worrying run in the league.  Done a Chelski and have only picked up one point from the last possible nine.

Worrying.   :(

TR:
Leiston should have had won by more than the 2 goals, missed a hateful.still not playing at our best but still unbeaten in the league since 1st game of the season (which I sponsored) but todays sponsor who picks the man of the match (bottle of champers) totally got it so wrong the player who got it gave it to the real man of the match. Young Patrick Brothers who had his 1st game at left back since our  regular left back broke his leg.

8 games behind the leaders  :woot:  but they still have to be won

sam:
and for a moment I thought you were talking about the "proper" Norwich.

That 8 games could hurt you though, the pressure is on to win each one now.

TR:
Tonight which ever way you look at it 2 points dropped or 1 gained, 1 - 0 up and coasting then down to 10 men after a stoopid challenge, we soon went  2-1 down but after the break we went 3 at the back and clawed our way back to draw 2 - 2 but in the end we could have had got all 3 points if we had scored the 2 guilt edged chances in the final 5 mins..boy was it cold   :dunno:

Final score Woodbridge 2 - 2 Leiston
