I can't give you fizzy gravy, but something that's an absolute taste sensation is a sliver of dried meat such as biltong or jerky in your mouth as you glug a chilled lager. It's the adult equivalent of a sherbet explosion!

I either make seeded wholemeal or ciabatta.

A normal breakfast here is 3 eggs,hash browns,bacon or ham,biscuits and gravy
