Soft cheeses do nothing for me, and I can't stand anything with mould in it either.  :ack:

It's a sort of 'strong' Brie, and often served fried, not fired. Bloody keyboard. ;D

Mmmmmmmmm...... I was right.  It's gorgeous :) .

I also made some veggie burgers using courgettes grown in the allotment.  Unbelievably, it's an Ainsley Harriott recipe yet it's really tasty.  Oh, and here's a link to the recipe, just for Sam :) :

I like Danish blue, stilton, camembert and strong cheddar but I still only scored 2.   :laugh:
