Sony Smart TV Apps

Tonight I turned the TV on and wanted to show my wife iPlayer at work. But iPlayer and Amazon Prime Apps have disappeared, any one any ideas who has pinched them?

Go into Menu and do a complete reset.  I would be surprised if that doesn't work.  If it doesn't, blame North Korea.
