Date Display
« on: June 16, 2016, 22:29 »
Somehow, my PC decided to upgrade itself to Windows 10 without my permission!  :(  ever since, it has displayed the date in an American style  (06/16/2016)  its driving me mad as I need to regularly work on databases and its so annoying!

I've downloaded the English version pack and rebooted as per suggestion online but it's still displaying the American version   any ideas guys??  :dunno:

You probably just need to adjust the region.  Can't remember exactly where it was, but if you right click the clock and select Date/Time, you might find some options there.
Many thanks to all our members, who have made PC Pals such an outstanding success!   :thumb:

Go to all settings by clicking on the notification icon in the bottom right near the clock. Click on time and "Time and language" and alter it in date format.  :)
Fourth in the 2018 Quiz of the Year but at least I beat Clive.
