Learning To Post Photographs
« on: August 13, 2018, 23:23 »
Hi everyone

I'm trying to find a way to upload photographs without compromising the security of my hosting account.  Can you see this photograph I took the other day?

Can you access the host account through this link?  If so, perhaps a moderator would delete this post, please.

Hi Gill,

I've removed your other post as requested (indeed, the entire thread as it made no sense without the photo).

The photo in this thread is not displaying for me.

I'm afraid I don't have a Flickr account so can't help with that, but I'm sure there must be a way to share a single photo without giving access to all the rest.  Maybe you could use a separate Flickr account to host any photos you want to share?

I’m trying Google Pictures.  The photo shows up on my PC but not my iPod :(

Ironic, perhaps, that a photo hosted on Google doesn't display on an Android phone!   ::)

I see no photos, you will want to embed it in the page... most hosts provide the appropriate code to do this

Does this work better?

Yes, I can see that one, and there's no link to any other pics.   :thumb:

There's also imgbb, which will give you a further 16MB of image hosting space.
