Eet is I, LeClerc
« on: March 31, 2019, 23:33 »
There's a new challenger in Formula 1, apparently... and his name is LeClerc.

Am I the only one who might start watching this monotonous activity if only to add my own 'Allo 'Allo commentary?

I used to watch it in the era of Mansell, Senna, Schumacher, etc, but I've not seen F1 for years.

There used to be someone here who was totally obsessed with F1, but I can't remember who it was?

I think it was Sandra, who we learned had political affiliations to the right of Ghengis Khan.  She was very knowledgeable about computers and great to chat with.  Sadly, politics got in the way of all that.

Of course! Sandra. I wonder what happened to her?

Someone upset her - no not me!  I can't really remember why she left but she was extremely knowledgeable about technical matters.

Her input became more and more political, and some of her more extreme views didn't sit well with other members.  Unfortunately she would rarely accept anyone else's point of view, which led to a parting of the ways being sadly inevitable.

She was on a medion computer forum for a while after she left here, but not heard from her for years. As you say extremely wide technical knowledge, she helped me out quite a few times.
