I want to send some "welcome to your home" cards to people moving into a new estate near me.

Try as hard as I can I can't find any templates for Word or Publisher, anybody have any ideas?  :dunno:

I just bought Affinity Design (it's half price now) and I need a good project.  If you can't find anything suitable, let me know and I'll try to come up with something for you.
