Sleep

Last night Radio 3 played Sleep by Max Richter.  Apparently it's the longest continuous piece of music ever written (unless, of course, one of you fine chappies knows better  ;) ), lasting 8 hours.  I listened to it when I went to bed last night, leaving it to run its course without setting my player to switch itself off after half an hour, which is what I usually do.  I enjoyed the best night's sleep I've had for months!

If anyone would like a copy, pm me and I'll make arrangements but be prepared - it's a 1.2 Gb file!

That gets me off to sleep wonderfully but after a couple of hours I wake up to visit the bathroom!
