I'm guessing there's a catch somewhere...

I've no doubt I'll bite the bullet and upgrade my laptop at some point, but my desktop PC is incompatible, even though it's less than five years old.  :dunno:

The point is that Microsoft lied to us when they said that Win 10 was the last.
