Hiya Bat69, my son in law has just signed up for pipex and he's wondering when/how he gets his username/password.

He got his confirmation e-mail today so any info you can supply will be gratefully recieved. :thanks: ;D ;D

Hi Mustapha ... nice to see you back

Pipex will email you and send you a letter. The modem should come within a few days of the line being checked out by BT, and all the details you need will be in the letter and on the website link they give you
