Title: Autocad
Post by: pollard on August 15, 2005, 23:14
My last computer's op system was Windows 98.
I had Autocad LT loaded, which I used frequently for my own private purposes.

When I bought my current computer, (Windows XP home ed.) all my files from my old machine were transferred to my new one - including Autocad LT. (it is all there).

However, I cannot access it.

How can I overcome this problem?

Regards,

Bryan.

You cant usually transfer an installed program Bryan, only the files that you created with it.
Are you sure that you have the exe for autocad on your new pc ?

Go to Start/Search and type Autocad.exe in and see if it can find it, I doubt that it will.

Have you got the original cd that autocad came on as I think that you will need to reinstall it again  :(
