Hello Pals,
Is this too good to be true?
http://www.freepcskytv.co.uk/
Can't find any info on the net about it.
Any comments?

It looks to good to be true, so I expect it is.

I think you're right!

If it's what I suspect it is, they send you a list of links from where you can watch live football matches that are broadcast by Sky, amongst others. Most of the links (but not all) take you to a website with the match having Arabic or Chinese commentary. Anyone can find the links for free just by Googling "free footy" or something similar.

I agree. :)

I'm searching for free TV, documentaries at the moment, and there are plenty.
I think I'll keep my fiver.

The site claims it'll even stream over dialup connections :)x sounds somewhat optimistic to say the least.

This isnt Sky but you do get quite a few channels and it definately is free, for anyone who hasnt got a TV card in their pc :

Is that because you have a non UK IP address ?
If so you should be able to do it for free via one of those proxy servers if you select a UK one.

Ah! Never thought of that. I'll give it a go.
And yes, I'm in Seville. Should top 40C again today. Tooooo hot.

Crikey, I melt at 25C! :horror:

Nope!
I downloaded it a few times through a proxy. It still asked me to pay, and my PC didn't like it, so.........
