Microsoft have released another cumulative patch for Internet Explorer. Go here for details (http://www.internetnews.com/dev-news/article.php/1546191) and a link to download the patch

I picked this one up yesterday -- along with an XP update, but after installation and a restart, XP then told me they were available for download again! Another triumph for MS? :(

TWO bites of the cherry!! Lucky you Rodders. ;D ;D

Funnily enough, the same thing happened to me, but after the second download, it seems to be happy now. :)

I suspect this situation is one for the 'Left hands and right hands' department. ::)
Each patch probably requires an individual reboot to register and it looks to me like the department that coordinates the updates, which were written by the O/S and MSIE departments, either didn't test-download the already signed-off patches, or didn't communicate particularly well with the department which maintains the Updates webpages. That's what I think, anyway, but it's not really my department. :-X
