No, I may have been if I hadnt beem able to get BE Unlimited up to 24mb download for £18 per month plus £2 for webspace and email  :)
Currently getting, after a few problems caused by the BT mastersocket that BT recently replaced :

Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,313 / 16,827

With no throttling or caps as far as I can see  ;D
