Title: Congratulations Dr. Sam

I know this thread has been started elsewhere but I think it deserves more prominence.  Many congratulations to Sam who has earned a PhD in astrophysics - no mean achievement.  Since I am the only one on the forum who knows Sam personally, I know full well how dedicated he is to astronomy and wish him every success in his career.  We must not forget how Sam saved the forum from quite literally falling apart when our previous forum software was no longer supported by its writers.  Sam successfully transferred the entire forum to new software without losing a single post.   He's such a :smartarse:
