Title: Cortana

Since my recent Windows Update the dreaded Cortana keeps popping up each time I open a new window.  It's disabled in Task Manager's Start Up programs and I've tried dealing with it via MSCONFIG but to no avail.  Any other suggestions?  :dunno:

Unfortunately it's already disabled but thanks very much for that.
