HTML and thus SWF files are once again permitted, the issue has (well should have, tell me if you find any loopholes) that stopped this from working has been fixed!

Remember to include a SWF file use:

Code: [Select]

<object width="550" height="100">
<param name="movie" value="flashfile.swf">
<embed src="http://www.somedomain.com/flashfile.swf" width="550" height="100">
</embed>

Hi Sam,

I've noticed that the 'View posts since last visit' feature used to have a number next to it (the number of posts made since last visit) but now its dissapeared.

Not a major problem - just thought I'd let you know.

Thanks for all the hard work and effort

DJ

thanks DJ - I had noticed it, was just ignoring it, hoping now one would see it, lol! I think I rewrote some of the code to do this last time, I'll look into it. I personally also liked that, but then again it does ad a bit of mistique! lol

I think that was actually a small mod, Sam.  I'll try and find it again.

Hi Davy,

We have had a notification tonight, that your account has been 'deactivated'.  Have you made any alterations to your profile this evening?  Assuming this is some kind of error, I have re-activated your account, but if you do want it closed, please let me know.

Best Wishes,

Simon.

I think this is due to us having to monitor new accounts, because of an overwhelming amount of spammers trying to sign up to promote their websites (without success, I might add!).  The change of email was probably enough to activate the alert to Admins, and as a security measure, also to deactivate the account, until it was re-approved by an Admin.

If any members have a similar problem, please email an Admin, and we will sort it out for you.

On my forum the fellow that does our mod work installed a mod called the humanizer. Its actually pretty handy in keeping the bots out. If you haven't already installed it heres the link.
