Talk Talk come out even worse than BT in reliability and customer care. I have always avoided them with a bargepole!

Let this be a lesson to those who haven't! :o:

;) Anyway they (sky) have to be better than BT don't they Clive :thumb:

I understand they keep you on the phone for 90 minutes when you try to cancel a Sky package. On a premium number of course! But I have to say that I got rid of them much quicker than that - no more than ten minutes. And I used 'say no to 0870' to obtain a free number. ;D

I must admit I read reviews and the avoided TalkTalk and Sky but went to BT who I have found superb. ;D
