Post by: Simon on October 22, 2015, 23:17
Police are investigating after a "significant and sustained cyber-attack" on the TalkTalk website, the UK company has confirmed.  The phone and broadband provider, which has over 4 million customers in the UK, said credit card and bank details could have been accessed.

Talk Talk come out even worse than BT in reliability and customer care.  I have always avoided them with a bargepole!

I understand they keep you on the phone for 90 minutes when you try to cancel a Sky package.  On a premium number of course!  But I have to say that I got rid of them much quicker than that - no more than ten minutes.  And I used 'say no to 0870' to obtain a free number.   ;D
