:congrats2: to Simon on reaching 3,000 posts!
-
:bartmoon:
:thanks: You can owe me the other zero! ;D
-
I must admit I was shocked. 30,000 seems a hell of a lot of posts to me! Are you sure the forum software isn't playing up? ;D
-
He's not that far off in the other place either, Clive. ;D
-
His mobile phone has a lot to answer for! ;D
-
You mean it answers calls as well? ;D
-
Well, that would save you having to do it. ;D
-
I don't. It's hands free. ;D
-
Shame it's not charge free. :)
-
Yes, an ever lasting battery would be nice. ;)
-
So would an everlasting bank account. ;D
-
I've got one of those. I opened a savings account with Abbey a few years ago and when I enquired about making a withdrawal, they wouldn't let me unless I produced either a driving licence or a passport. I have neither (although I've got a driving licence which still has my name before I married - I keep forgetting to apply for a new one).
-
Ah, but doesn't the 'old' driving licence have the name on it with which you opened the account?
-
Yes, but we're talking about banks here; not intelligent, responsible adults.
-
Good point.
-
They still accept those red drivers licences with a black crown on them Clive ?
Got any endorsements ? ;D
-
Course they do David! Mine is in excellent condition! I'm not going to comment about endorsements because if I do I will get one tomorrow! ;D
-
;D ;D
Those red ones were good......I used to glue a new page in them :)x
-
Forgery was so much simpler then. :)
-
I prefer to think of it more of transfer of transportation resources... ;D
I was young and reckless.. ;)
-
;D
-
Wish we had the spin then ;D
-
Oh I used to be a master forger! Nothing was too hot for me to forge and I still can't believe I got away with it all. I must have passed my criminal activity over to my son who used to forge ID's on his computer and sell them at school!
-
;D When I was about 12 we were quite poor and I put £10 into my mums post office savings book using just a pen and a cork which had been carved into a stamp looking type thing.....I then went and drew out the money for her ;D
It was criminal but put some food on the table that week ;)
-
That was impressive! ;D
-
I'm telling.
-
Simon is a tell tale tit! Simon is a tell tale tit!
-
Clive is just a tit! ;D :boobies:
