I quite enjoy listening to DJ mixes and thought I might have a stab myself as I have quite a collection of unmixed trance tracks (I buy a lot of music)
Just wondered before I make a decision to buy it whether anyone here has dabbled with it?
How easy is it to learn and do you really need an understanding of music to use it?

I think Den is your best bet Mitch. :D

Not my sort of thing, Mitch. :dunno:

Any advice gratefully received.

Downloaded a demo of this (primarily to make sure my hardware was up to the job) and looks to be remarkably easy to get to grips with so just purchased the full licence, just got to wait for manual issue of the serial number.

Well done Mitch! :thumb:

Been spending time on Youtube looking at the getting started videos as while I've cracked the basic operation there are so many controls to do advanced stuff it looks like the deck of the starship Enterprise!
I'm off to work shortly but got three days booked off next week, hoping to put something together and put it 'out there' for people to critique.

I know you are all on the edge of your seats about this. :)
Been playing about experimenting and am now in a position to do my first recorded mix so will be doing that tomorrow and uploading it to mixcloud to inflict on share with you and the rest of the Internet community.
