Hi computer_whizz :welcome:
Perhaps you'd better start by telling us what specification computer you have at the moment.
We need to know processor, memory, hard drive capacity, motherboard, operating system etc. etc. etc. before we can advise you.

im logging off now but i will post in the spec tomorrow

hi again,
youre probably going to say that this isnt worth upgrading and im starting to agree!
64mb RAM
32bit virtual mem
Windows 98 second edition
Intel pentium (r) processor
wait for it..... 2 gig harddrive!
i might just get a new computer!
:(

Hi computer_whizz,
putting money into that rig would not be worth it in my opinion. But for a more detailed list of your componets, download this free program and post the results back here http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html (http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html)
That way you can compare what yours can ugrade to MAX, in relation to your Motherboards upgradeabiliy. And knowing what you have now, what you can Max it to and what it will cost to do that.
